Hi, I’m Kirtida Lad — a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and finance executive with over 15 years of experience supporting growing businesses with their financial reporting, operational finance and strategic decision-making.
I’m passionate about simplicity and efficiency. Streamlining processes and leveraging technology to improve financial reporting allows businesses to spend less time on accounting and more time focusing on growth and strategic planning.
Throughout my career, I have worked with both private and publicly traded companies, including TSX and TSX-V listed organizations, helping them navigate complex financial reporting requirements, strengthen internal processes, and build scalable finance functions. My experience spans senior leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Controller positions, where I have overseen financial reporting, treasury, tax, payroll, and cross-functional finance operations.
Through my consulting practice, I work closely with founders, executives and boards to provide practical financial insight, support capital raising and investor readiness, and help organizations build efficient and sustainable finance processes as they grow.
